You must not register or use an Account if you have voluntarily placed yourself on a self-exclusion list, whether through OMG333 directly or through any applicable third-party responsible gambling programme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. OMG333 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Where cryptocurrency payment channels (BTC, USDT) are made available, additional terms specific to cryptocurrency transactions may apply. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed separately from MYR payment channels and are subject to network confirmation requirements. Exchange rate volatility at the time of deposit is acknowledged and accepted by the user.

OMG333 is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, mobile network operators, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government orders.
OMG333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, that KYC requirements have not been met, or that continued Account operation presents a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.
Following investigation, OMG333 may permanently close an Account and forfeit any balance therein where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, OMG333 may additionally report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been either met or waived. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable to the operations of the Platform.
